3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Payment Methods
Stripe — payment in Australian dollars (AUD).
Amazon — orders processed via Amazon are subject to their Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

3.2 Currency and Conversion
When paying via Stripe, charges are made in AUD. Your bank may convert the amount to your account’s currency at its own rate and fees. The final amount on your statement may vary. For your convenience, we display an estimated price in ₽ at checkout, but the contractual price remains in AUD.

3.3 Order Confirmation and Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive at your nominated email address:
  • A Stripe receipt with transaction details;
  • A download link for the book files (EPUB/PDF), and an invoice if required for tax purposes.

3.4 Licence
By purchasing the book, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to read and store the file. Resale, distribution, public posting, or any other commercial use of the file without written permission from the copyright holder is prohibited.

3.5 Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds for digital goods are only available as required by law.

4. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (such as Amazon). We do not control their content or data practices.

5. Limitation of Liability
We strive to ensure the information on the Site is current and accessible, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. We are not liable for technical failures, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the Site.
